Recipe: Colorful Sheet Pan

Ingredients:
1-2 chicken breast (4 oz each)
Bag of frozen or fresh veggies of your choice (Tip: Frozen veggies last 8-10 months in the freezer making them a great choice for meals cooked during the quarantine!)
1 medium onion (color of your choice)
5-6 red potatoes
3 tablespoons of Olive oil
3 teaspoons of Garlic powder
3 teaspoons of Onion powder
3 teaspoons of Oregano
3 teaspoons of Basil
3 dashes of Black pepper
3 dashes of Cajun seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Cover the cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil on it.
Dice red potatoes into quarter size bites. Place in a bowl. Add one tablespoon of olive oil. Season with a teaspoon of oregano, garlic powder, basil, and onion powder. Add a dash of cajun seasoning and pepper to the bowl. Mix the contents around in the bowl.
Cut the chicken breast into strips using a knife or kitchen scissors. Season with a teaspoon of oregano, garlic powder, basil, and onion powder. Add a dash of cajun seasoning and black pepper.
Add chicken and potatoes to the cookie sheet.
Add veggies to the cookie sheet. Cover with a teaspoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of oregano, garlic powder, basil, and onion powder.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
